Let's see:

(1) SCO Group, which does NOT own the Unix operating system.

(2)"pay lawyers in the event they are sued, presumably by the SCO Group"

There's a nice piece of FUD "presumably" by the SCO Group. Er did Forbes have another candidate in mind? Didn't think so.

(3)"and says the GNU Linux infringes on Unix."

Huh? Is it just me, or does that sentence have no basis in even SCO's bizarro universe. Where did they come up with that one?

Unbelievable indeed. That's as close to a balanced article that has come out of those guys yet.

I wonder if they've been monitoring this board. Doing so certainly would have the potential to provide them with a bit of badly needed education regarding the reality of this situation.
