I am seeking a Washington DC resident to go by the Public Record room of the SEC. The contact phone for the Public Reference Room is (202) 551-8090.

Vista com, Inc made two REGDEX paper filings on 4/15 and 4/19. These are unregistered security sales, and the paper filings will have some information on buyer and price. I have an order in to get copies of the paper filings, but I am very anxious to speed the process up.

These filings would of been just prior to the public announcement of the Source Energy reverse merger. It is conceivable they are trivial sales to Source and Jensen Services, but the announcement said the reverse merger was a "non-binding" letter of intent.

Paper filings are current for 30 days only before being archived so we need act quickly to obtain these with greatest ease. Copying can be done self service.

The critical question is:

"I am seeking to obtain copies of the recent REGDEX filings for Vista com, Inc. [CIK 0001324876]. These are Film# 05051021 (2005-04-19) and Film# 05053112 (2005-04-15) cited for file Number 021-76298"
