In a desperate legal gambit, SCOX attorneys have taken to self mutilation in response to the brutal mugging they suffered in Judge Wells' decision, which gutted 2/3rds of their suit against IBM.

Their response appears to be calculated to invoke yet more wrath from the judge, as *each and every section in the TOC* of their filing starts with "The Judge erred..."!!!

A Noted Footgun Expert was overheard to say:

"*Whistle*! That's some gawdamn nice shootin'!"
